There isn't anything much cooler than getting to travel the globe from comfort of your chair. For those who use ArcGIS Earth, you can do just that! This software is Esri's answer to a high-powered Google Earth, offering their clients a way to import maps and layers from ArcGIS Online and beyond into a fully navigable 3D environment reminiscent of one of your favorite apps. This past month, the specialty software received an update - bumping it to v1.7 and reintroducing it to the masses with capabilities like label rendering in multiple languages, reduced memory storage, improved display of tile layers, and more! Check out the rest of these features on the ArcGIS Blog.
